Sandra (Sandy) Morris is an executive member of the board of directors of Bradley-Morris, Inc. (BMI) and is responsible for setting the long-term strategy for the company.
As founder of Bradley-Morris (co-founder Shaun Bradley retired in 2007) and the former CEO of the company, she has been responsible for placing more than 30,000 military-experienced job seekers into positions in corporate America and led the creation of BMI subsidiary lines of business including CivilianJobs.com, MilitaryResumes.com and Essential Events. During her tenure as CEO, BMI expanded to rank in the top 1% of all contingency placement firms in the U.S. (Staffing Industry Analysts).
Sandy, a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC), has testified as an expert witness on military-to-civilian transition before the Senate Committee on Veterans Affairs, and has been called upon for numerous media interviews. She is a subject matter expert for the military placement industry, particularly regarding specific client programs a Fortune 1000 employer can implement to best leverage military talent.
Prior to launching Bradley-Morris, Sandy founded and headed another placement firm, StaffNet. Her company focused on providing valuable executive assistant and administrative talent to metro Atlanta corporations and was a volume leader for this personnel niche. Before founding StaffNet, Sandy served in corporate personnel and recruiting roles at companies such as Lucas Group and Nabisco, and achieved honors for her performance including “Rookie of the Year”.
Sandy received her B.S. in Personnel Management from Eastern Illinois University where she attended on a full academic scholarship. During her time on campus, Sandy was active in Phi Gamma Nu Business Fraternity and also displayed her vocal gifts in campus choir.
Sandy and her husband, Anthony, make their home in Kennesaw, Georgia.
