JOIN OUR TEAM - HELP COMPANIES HIRE MILITARY
Bradley-Morris, Inc. (BMI) is the largest military-focused recruiting/placement firm in the United States. BMI places candidates into engineering, technical management, logistics, manufacturing management, project/program management, sales and technical consulting positions. The company was founded in 1991, has nine U.S. operating locations and ranks in the top 1% of contingency firms. BMI’s staffing solutions are delivered via four integrated lines of service to Fortune 1000 clients.
Very few places in corporate America combine the performance-oriented BMI culture with a casual, close-knit environment. BMI is actively seeking individuals that are Passionate about achieving their goals and have the work ethic of a Champion along with superior Communication skills. The candidates with this combination of drive, talent and skill will thrive in our environment and will be highly-compensated for their results. BMI provides intensive training led by successful veteran team members that includes all the necessary knowledge, insight and tools for a stellar career in the field of military recruiting/placement. This is a golden opportunity for select professionals to join a firm with an unrivaled track record for success.
We are currently recruiting Account Representatives (AR) in our Atlanta, Austin and Norfolk locations. The AR position is responsible for establishing long-term client relationships and solving staffing challenges for our corporate clients. Being an AR is ideal for individuals who want to be “paid for performance” with uncapped earning potential. An AR will develop their own client base (initially through inside selling) and as an AR’s client base grows, a higher degree of client interaction will occur via client visits and BMI ConferenceHire events in locations such as Atlanta, Austin, Chicago, Houston, Las Vegas, Norfolk, Orlando, Providence and San Diego.
BMI training includes a four-month On-Boarding Program. During this phase, the compensation plan includes a base salary + commission. You will receive formal instruction, learn our business model and cultivate your business development skills. In addition to this On-Boarding Program, you will also have at your disposal BMI’s proprietary Applicant Tracking System (ATS), BMI’s CRM contact manager / scheduler as well as convenient web-based research tools.
BMI offers a long term, self-sustaining career for those ambitious individuals looking to be free of the ordinary "9-to-5" corporate structure and the limited salaries/raises that come with it. Our employees come from schools like West Point, Annapolis, the Air Force Academy, Notre Dame, Georgetown, Furman, Georgia, LSU, Pitt, UVA, and Rice. Many of our people came to us from active duty service while others had civilian careers with companies like GE, UPS, Nabisco, J&J, Target, Time Warner, and Caterpillar.
This is a full-time position that is 100% commission-based after the initial training period and includes a comprehensive benefits package with medical, dental, vision and Rx plans as well as a 401K and life insurance. Last year, the average income for an AR that had been at BMI for a year or more was $110,000! This is not a place where “only a select few” make money! While the income potential is phenomenal, another important aspect of our company is that BMI is "family-friendly”. We understand that significant events in our families' lives are not to be missed and a career here affords people the opportunity to live a balanced life.
Account Representative candidates typically possess all of the following characteristics:
- Four year degree with superior performance records in the professional, scholastic and if applicable, military arenas
- Desire to work with a cohesive team where compensation is commensurate with individual performance
- High degree of personal integrity and self-discipline
- Outgoing, persuasive, work hard / play hard personality
- Ability to put forth 100% effort without distraction
